Repairs
In most cases, the laser handpiece can be completely repaired in order to avoid the cost of replacement. Simply send us the handpiece and we will perform a diagnostic. Then an assessment price will be issued shortly for repair. Once issued we will wait for your decision on what shall be done with your handpiece.

Service contracts
With a service contract you will receive quick service. We keep in stock the main parts of your device. When a failure occurs, the time to service your equipment is much shorter. In addition, during the implementation of a service contract, a preventive diagnostic will be made on site and any potential problems will be corrected.
Prevention
Cosmetic lasers and IPL need a periodic maintenance. Daily use will affect the primary elements in the operation and effectiveness in which results will diminish over time. If your customers are not completely satisfied with the results, it may be time to perform a preventive diagnostic. Do not wait until your machine breaks down for a preventive evaluation. This maintenance will reduce down time and increase equipment performance.
